The Connect Group Coach provides leadership, encouragement, and support to GSCC Connect Group Leaders. Coaches regularly connect with their assigned leaders, help them navigate challenges, provide guidance and resources, and ensure they feel supported, equipped, and cared for throughout the semester. Coaches also serve as a communication link between Connect Group Leaders and the Connect Group Pastor, helping each group stay aligned with the vision and values of GSCC.
